Trials run every season and are open to any rank. You’ll play benchmarked scrims while our coaches review mechanics, communication and coachability — not just your highlight clips. Academy seats start at 14 with parental consent; the pro roster follows the hiring rules of each tournament circuit, which typically means 16 or older. Younger talent can still join development workshops and community leagues with no age gate beyond fair-play rules.

Every fixture streams free on our Twitch channel with pro commentary, and VODs with coach commentary land on our video channel the same evening. Follow us on Twitch and turn on notifications — roster news and map vetoes drop there first on match days.

Orders ship tracked worldwide. Standard delivery runs 3–7 business days domestically and 7–14 internationally. If anything arrives damaged or mis-sized, reply to your order email within 30 days and we’ll sort a replacement or refund.

Team shirts and hoodies run in S, M, L and XL with a match-day cut that’s true to size — if you’re between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit. Each product page lets you pick your size before adding to cart.

The hall is a working practice facility, so visits run on scheduled open days and watch parties announced on our channels. Private tours are reserved for partners, press and trial finalists — message us and we’ll find the right door.
