Our story
Built in practice rooms, proven in arenas
Lanternfall Player Lab started in 2019 as a single practice room with six PCs and a whiteboard full of tactics. The idea was simple: raw talent is everywhere, but structure turns it into results. So we built the structure — scheduled scrims, VOD review, fitness and mindset coaching — and opened the doors to anyone willing to grind.
Today the Lab runs academy squads, a development roster and the Lanternfall pro team. Every starter on the main stage came through our own trials. That pipeline is our identity: when you wear the crest, you earned it the long way.

Nobody is signed on reputation. Everyone climbs the same ladder, and every rung is measured.
Step 01
Open Trials
Seasonal tryouts test mechanics, communication and coachability — not just rank. Standouts earn a lab seat and a personal development plan.
